On Wednesday 29 June, we held a Community Day in which students created a range of artefacts to be included in a Tallis Time Capsule. They could create something that represented who we are now, at this point on our 50th year, or possibly a vision of the future Tallis. What will Tallis be like in 50 years’ time? Some of the physical objects produced were placed in the time capsule which was buried at a special ceremony during our anniversary event on Wednesday 13 July. However, all the artefacts were photographed, scanned or recorded to be stored in this virtual time capsule.
This is a celebration of who we are right now, what are we proud of now, as well as where we want to be and what work needs to be done to understand the world so we can change it for the better.
