Still there…. Great representations from our people, among other schools.

Tuesday 5th
|
New DHT in school, ready for September, also a pitch to expand the D of E provision.

Wednesday 6th
|
Headstart Day! Year 6-7 impeccably behaved, enthusiastic, looking good.
|
Thursday 7th
|
Year 11 Graduation Ceremony and Prom, marquee in school, very pleasant.
|
Friday 8th
|
New Staff Induction Day – look like a good bunch. Year 13 leavers’ ceremony.

Week 39:
Monday 11th
|
Another new DHT and the start of y5 visiting sessions. Students guides, no-one lost.

Tuesday 12th
|
Internal Audit report (vg), Anti-Racist project review, last Governors’ meeting.
|
Wednesday 13th
|
T50 – performances, a tree, insect curry and a hole too small for the time capsule.
|
Thursday 14th
|
Headteachers meeting, universities talking to y12, lots of ex-students, future thinking.

Friday 15th
|
Visiting academics, science internal promotions, question on pay, behaviour review.

Week 40:
Monday 18th
|
Heatwave: dire headlines, 60% attendance, calm. Jack Petchey Award final!

Tuesday 19st
|
Even hotter, 40 degrees and 47% attendance but good spirits from all aboard.

Wednesday 20th
|
Awards assemblies, a final internal interview, staff BBQ, goodbyes, cooler all round
|
Thursday 21st
|
Happy feelings, big assembly. We berth safely. Now for Tallis at 51!
